These terms and conditions are between the customer and Consultant. College Rankings Guru provides customers with higher education consulting services. As such, College Rankings Guru can not guarantee specific results for customers. College Rankings Guru can not guarantee customers gain admittance to, scholarships from, or graduation from recommended colleges. College Rankings Guru has permission to share customer data with the colleges being matched and recommended to said customers in order for said customers to receive information regarding available academic scholarships. However, academic scholarships are under the complete authority of the colleges and are not under any control by College Rankings Guru. Customer payments are due at time of purchase and taxes, if applicable, shall be paid by the customer. College Rankings Guru will provide the customer with their individualized assessment within 7 days upon purchase. If College Rankings Guru does not return the assessment to the customer within 7 days of purchase, said customer will be issued a full refund. The data being used by College Rankings Guru is publicly available and every attempt is made to ensure that the data is accurate and current. The total liability of the parties under this Agreement (whether in contract, tort (including negligence)) shall not exceed the fees paid to Consultant hereunder. The parties disclaim any indirect, special, consequential or incidental damages or loss of revenue or profits. The foregoing limitations of liability will apply notwithstanding the failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy herein.
